Refund & Reprint Policy

At Good Print Studio, we take pride in delivering high-quality printed products and design services that meet or exceed our clients’ expectations. Because all of our products are custom-made to order, returns and refunds are limited to specific circumstances outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds or Reprints

We offer refunds or complimentary reprints within 15 days of delivery if any of the following apply:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • The print contains an error that differs from the approved proof or specifications

  • The delivered quantity is incomplete or significantly off from what was ordered

  • The product does not reasonably match the approved design or order summary

How to Initiate a Refund or Reprint

To be eligible for a refund or reprint:

  1. You must contact us directly at team@goodprintstudio.com within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.

  2. You must include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product and the packaging (if damaged or misprinted)

Failure to notify us within the 15-day window will void eligibility for a refund or reprint.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom printed items using incorrect or outdated artwork provided by the client

  • Orders approved by the client during the proofing stage with errors not reported before production

  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide final assets, sign-off, or shipping details

  • Printed items produced without spot or pantone colors that do not exactly match the client’s desired color outcome

  • Orders declined for reasons of subjective preference (e.g., “not what I expected”) after approval and delivery

  • Design-only services once work has begun or deliverables have been sent

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reprint Policy

In cases where a reprint is appropriate, we will cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping the corrected product. Reprints are produced on the same specifications as the original order unless otherwise approved by both parties in writing.
